Return & Refund Policy

While we strive to bring you the highest level of quality, due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be imperfections and slight variations between items.

For Decor Items:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in the same condition as received and with original packaging. A return slip will be provided, with return shipping at the buyer's expense. Alternatively, store credit with free return shipping is also available.

For decor items damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent if the item is in stock. If not, please contact us for a store credit of the item's value. Please provide photo or video evidence that the items were damaged on arrival. Shipping fees are final and cannot be reimbursed through store credit.

Weathered Landing is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. Please contact Canada Post for further inquiries.

For Plants:

All plants are final sale due to the perishable nature of the product. While we take every precaution when packaging and preparing plants for shipment, plants may not arrive in pristine condition as originally pictured.
